Withdrawal Process

Making a Withdrawal Request

To initiate a withdrawal, clients must submit a request through their Personal Area on the Wealth Vision platform. Clients need to select their preferred withdrawal method from the available options and provide all necessary details.

Request Status Stages

Withdrawal requests go through several stages of processing

  • 'Requested' - Initial status when the withdrawal request is submitted
  • 'In Process' - Request is being processed and funds are removed from the investing balance
  • 'Processed' - Funds have been transferred to the specified payment system

Processing Times

The financial department processes withdrawal requests according to strict timeframes and procedures

  • Standard processing time: 1-5 business days
  • Wealth Vision reserves the right to extend processing times if necessary
  • Clients will be notified of any delays through their registered contact methods

Withdrawal Methods and Requirements

Payment Methods

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for depositing funds. If this is not technically possible, Wealth Vision will select an alternative method based on the client's available options.

Card Withdrawals

For withdrawals to bank cards, specific conditions apply

  • Withdrawals to the same card are prioritized
  • Maximum withdrawal amount cannot exceed the deposit amount made using that card within the last 90 calendar days
  • Payment details must match the client's personal information

The client is fully responsible for ensuring all provided withdrawal information is accurate and complete.

Refund Policy

Wealth Vision commits to processing refund requests within 10 days of receiving a formal request letter.

Inactivity Fees

Fee Structure

Accounts with no investing activity are subject to the following inactivity fees

  • First inactive month: 10% fee
  • Each subsequent month: Additional 5% fee
  • Fees accumulate until account closure or withdrawal

Fee Avoidance Option

Clients can avoid accumulated inactivity fees through specific investing activity

  • Engage in investing activity for a period equal to 50% of the total inactive period
  • Investing must be completed before withdrawal or account closure
  • Meeting this condition will void all accumulated inactivity fees

Payment Terms

Accumulated inactivity fees must be paid no later than account closure or final withdrawal of funds.
